An Ascent of Mount Hozomeen - Northeast Ridge Route
Timestamp Free: 2020.10.22 - 06:01:36
Ranges: North America Ranges / Pacific Cordillera Range / Cascade Range / Canadian Cascades
Participants: Neil Baker and Justin Brown Long but enjoyable approach on good trail (Skyline 2 trail). Exposed and sometimes loose class 3-5 scrambling/climbing.

It had been an amazing start to the autumn season with flawless weather lingering for several weeks leading up to the day we were to leave.
This day started out a little cooler than the previous days signifying the onset of the season. We had left my home in Coquitlam at around 4am and found ourselves at the Whitworth Ranch parking area at appr. 55km on the Silver Skagit Road by about 6:30am. The whole way in the car Neil was telling me of the beauty that awaited us along the long and rolling Skyline 2 and Hozomeen Ridge Trails and the aesthetics and...
