Overlander Mountain at Sunset # 9045

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2006.09.01
Vantage Point: From Mount Robson Visitor Centre

Caption: The dying rays of the setting sun glow on Overlander Mountain.

PhotoDescr: The skies were a cloudless blue when our group from the Grant MacEwan Mountain Club started to trickle in to the Robson Meadows Campground on the Friday of the Labour Day Weekend. While waiting for them to arrive, I walked over to the visitor centre to watch and photograph the sunset on Mount Robson. Signs there pointed out Overlander Mountain and Klapperhorn Mountain in the opposite direction, so I took a few shots of them as well.
