Caption: Innumerable glaciers tumbling off the east face of Mt. Wood. Rusty Glacier is in the foreground. From left to right, just above Rusty, are an unnamed glacier, Backe Glacier, and Trapridge Glacier.

PhotoDescr: This photo was taken from a traverse of several small glaciers near Trapridge Glacier. For Walter Wood's first ascent of Mt. Wood, the subpeak visible near the right boundary of the photo, known unofficially as Fore Peak, was used for reconnaissance.
