Mount Deborah - West Face # 8509

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2002.11.07
Vantage Point:
From air to SW

Caption: A stellar view of the entire west face of Mount Deborah with the Yanert Glacier below. Some of Mount Hess can be seen sticking out behind it to the right. For reference the glacier is approximately 2km across.

PhotoDescr: Various sources state that the West Face is the easiest and normal route up Deborah. It was nice to finally find a pic of Deborah on the USGS and the only reason they have it is that they did flights over the area after the 2002 Denali earthquake.
