Caption: Northeast face of Welch Peak

PhotoDescr: Access to the northeast side of Welch Peak is via the Lucky Four mine trail at Jones lake which is where this photo is taken from. The Welch-Still gap is clearly visible on the right in this photo and would be considered the crux on any Cheam range traverse. Don serl and Andrew Rennie climbed the northeast face for a first ascent in the winter of 2005. The Foley glacier can be seen on the left.
