Caption: View WNW up Bucklin Creek. Bucklin Peak is the towering summit. Mamquam is behind to the right.

PhotoDescr: Bucklin Peak (Peak 6500) is very visible in the upper Pitt River area, especially when working in Bucklin Creek. The peak is drained by two forks of Bucklin Creek. The roads visible in the photo are not very driveable but offer easy (presently minor bush) hiking or skiing to approach or retreat from the Mamquam area.
