Caption: Mt. Steele rising behind Trapridge glacier.

PhotoDescr: Mt. Steele is the fifth highest mountain in Canada, though very infrequently climbed. This view, from the north, has probably only been seen by Trapridge Glacier glaciologists, and Walter Wood's exploratory party in the 30's.

Trapridge Glacier has been studied by Prof. Garry Clarke at UBC for the past 30 years, with a 4 week field season every summer.
