Mount Albert - Northeast Side from Air # 7113

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2005.08.05
Vantage Point: From Air North flight to Whitehorse

Caption: Mount Albert from NE

PhotoDescr: The huge 4000' high, overhanging unclimbed face* on the SW side of Mt Albert is semi-common knowledge (and has seen at least one attempt, from Colin Dionne and Rob Richards), but to the best of my knowledge, the slender, similarly high face on the north flank of the north peak of Albert, seen at the right of this picture, has never been attempted. The rock looks good, the approach would be a real pain.

*You can't see the SW face in this picture, unfortunately
