Caption: The Chateau Lake Louise and the ski runs of the Lake Louise ski resort on Whitehorn Mountain lie beyond Lake Louise. Mount Richardson is visible behind Whitehorn on the left, and Redoubt Mountain is on the right.

PhotoDescr: A rain-cancelled day hike of Northover Ridge in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park sent Wolf, Guy and me westward in search of drier terrain. Relatively better weather allowed me to hike the Plain of Six Glaciers Trail for the first time since 1966.
