Unnamed Summits at the Head of an Unnamed Drainage off Cayoosh Creek # 5373

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2004.07.14
Vantage Point: From col south of Delta Dawn

Caption: Incredible Contrasts in the Eastern Cayoosh

PhotoDescr: From the Duffey Lake you can make out the fringes of some spectacular summits on the south end of the Eastern Cayoosh Range. Unfortunately, getting at them is problematic to say the least.

On the first day of our projected traverse of the Downton summits, we camped at the col at the base of the photo, just south of Delta Dawn. One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen -- check out the tiny blue lake at the base of the farthest peak.
