PhotoDescr: Mount Rundle is a great dayhike from Banff and offers a fantastic view of the town itself and the surrounding peaks in the area. The SW approach is a giant steep ramp composed of limestone rubble. Once on the summit you are either rewarded or terrified by almost a vertical mile of exposure.
