Vantage Point: From ridge above the lake

Caption: The little lake below forms the headwaters of North Miller Creek. One can see the tracks leading around the icefall, on route to Rhododendron Mountain.

PhotoDescr: Two day BCMC trip. This area is found at the head of North Miller Creek. It is most easily approached via the Ryan River Road, which climbs to about 4700'. Drop down into North Miller Creek and follow it north to its headwaters (a small lake). Ipsoot Mountain and Rhododendron Mountain are easily gained from a camp at the lake (5000').
