Caption: The North Saskatchewan throws up standing waves as it squeezes through a canyon with Mount Murchison in the distance.

PhotoDescr: Just before this section of river there is a STOP sign on the east bank, by the pullout and portage for river traffic. This picture was taken on the return from a three-day backpack to the Valley of Lakes.
