Sluice Peak and Warner Ridge from Microscope SE1 # 18775

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2019.08.07
Vantage Point: From the summit of Microscope SE1, looking NE

Caption: Labeled view of Warner Ridge. Many of the peaks to the left are unnamed. Sluice is the highest point in the range.

PhotoDescr: Taken on the fourth day of a 6 day trip to the Slim Creek Headwaters area. Unlike our views to the west and south, which featured the Lillooet Icefield and high glaciated peaks in the surrounding area, our view to the NE featured the colorful rocks of Warner Ridge and other mountains around the headwaters of the Taseko River and Warner Creek.

Much of the area around Sluice offers pleasant ridge rambling opportunities, although there looks to be a lot of scree and talus.
