Mist Mountain - Southeast Face # 18675

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2017.09.05
Vantage Point: From the small bump east of "Nameless col".

Caption: This photo shows the common scramblers route on Mist Mountain. If you look below the prominent shadow in the middle of the photo, you can make out the scramblers trail winding it's way up the scree.

PhotoDescr: The col prominent below is unofficially called "Nameless col" in guidebooks, and a good trail starts from Hwy 40 at 50.52-114.88 to get you there (no sign, but a small pile of cairns mark the entrance).

Mist is easily scrambled from the col using the route basically shown in the photo. It's a good one because it's one on the mountains in Kananaskis that reach over 10,000 ft.
