Caption: Looking north you can see Highway 99 and Mount Rohr in the distance. Coming toward yourself note the clearcut left of center.

PhotoDescr: To understand where the slide went, look at Bivouac GMap in Hybrid view, Put your cursor on the point at 50.365143,-122.417094, where you see the fresh green clearcut. The trail used to run along that edge then climb toward Kieths Hut. The rockslide went along that edge. Everything above there is buried in thousands of tons of rock. The Matier trail is gone forever.
