Miller Peak from the Southeast # 18366

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2016.04.30
Vantage Point: From the County Line Trail north of Jester Peak, looking NW

Caption: Southern slopes of Miller Peak

PhotoDescr: Taken on a daytrip to the Teanaway Ridge area. We intended to hike all the way to the summit of Miller, but there was a lot of snowy sidehilling and so we stopped just below the last steep part to the summit.

Miller Peak is the highest peak in the eastern Teanaway and so offers so good views from the summit. Spring is a good time to visit before it gets too hot.
