Vantage Point: Above the toe of the Exodus Glacier

Caption: Exodus Peak and glacier in 2018

PhotoDescr: I posted this so it can be compared to the 2001 and 2010 photos of the glacier.

After two exploratory trips we learnt the route well enough to summit Exodus in a relatively easy (9 hours, 25 km, 1850 m gain) day trip from the top of S36.5b Carnival Creek Road. The road is in great shape due to recent logging. Very easy travel apart from about 50m of postholing through the small clear cut above S36.5b. Thanks as usual to Paul Kubik for documenting the route, our route was very similar but we started into the forested ridge from the very top of S36.5b. We skinned from the middle of the clear cut.
