Vantage Point: From the eastern shores of Glacier Lake, looking west

Caption: Eastern slopes of Spark Plug Mountain and Glacier Lake. The summit is the tallest point top center.

PhotoDescr: Taken on a day trip to Surprise and Glacier Lakes. Glacier (one of the many named in the Cascades) is the higher and larger of the two.

Spark Plug Mountain is just a few feet shorter than Surprise Mountain to the south, and separates the Surprise and Deception Creek drainages.
