Caption: The prominent horn of Kaleetan Peak at left, with Chair Peak to the right. Between the two are peaks along the Mountain Loop Hwy in the distance.

PhotoDescr: Taken on a day hike to the summit of Granite Mountain. Kaleetan Peak is a prominent and recognizable summit in the Snoqualmie Pass area, rising high above the low valleys surrounding it. The summit of Chair Peak is almost as high as Kaleetan.

Despite its looks there is a scramble route from this side. Below the extensive talus on Chair Peak are the popular Melakwa Lakes, another nice day hike.
