PhotoDescr: On a beautiful fall day in September 2014, I was joined by Ben N and Steven S on a one day ascent of Mount Woolley, Diadem and Mushroom Peak from our bivy. We enjoyed almost perfect conditions and stunning views including this one off the north ridge of Mount Woolley.

Of course Mount Alberta stole the show, but the peaks at the north end of the Columbia Icefield also impressed us with their sheer north faces, including North Twin and Twins Tower. Lesser known peaks such as Palmer, Thorington, Smythe, GEC and Nelson were impressive from Diadem Peak.
