Polemonium Ridge from above Singing Pass # 16983

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2013.08.09
Vantage Point: From just west of the Singing Pass Trail highpoint, looking southwest

Caption: The top of Polemonium Ridge is at center left, below the much higher Castle Towers. The slopes of Corrie Peak are at the far right, with the top of Gentian Peak behind them.

PhotoDescr: Taken on a three day trip to the Russet Lake area. I took this photo heading back on the third day, descending to Singing Pass. Polemonium Ridge is more of a necessary roadblock to Castle Towers than a destination, but does offer scenic views over Garibaldi Lake and to the north. The visible moraine is from the Castle Towers Glacier, and Gentian Pass is the low point below Gentian Peak.
