Wedge Mountain and Tremor Mountain from Overlord Mountain # 16964

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2013.08.08
Vantage Point: From the summit of Overlord Mountain, looking north

Caption: The familiar southern aspect of Wedge Mountain in the midground. Lesser Wedge Mountain is to the right, with the Owls peeking up between. Mount Cook is just to the left and Rethel Mountain father along. The summit of Tremor Mountain is in the right foreground.

PhotoDescr: Taken on a three day trip to the Russet Lake area. Wedge and Tremor Mountains are the highest peaks in their respective domains, and both are visible from Overlord.

It always surprises me that Wedge Mountain is not high enough to support even a small glacier on its southern slopes, but I guess there is not enough of a bowl to support one.
