Silent Hub's Northwest Ridge # 14925

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2011.08.21
Vantage Point: From the descent off the 2476 m peak northwest of Silent Hub

Caption: The northwest ridge of Silent Hub Peak. A relatively easy ascent on granite boulders. One section required use of hands without exposure, although may be a way around this. The steeper section is in the upper part of the ridge, near the summit. Staying near the ridge crest seems to be the way to go.

PhotoDescr: Photo taken on Day 2 of a week-end traverse along the divide between Blowdown and Van Horlick Creeks, starting and ending at the bottom of the Hanging Lake spur.
