Mount Jukes, Haggis and Bagpipe Peaks # 13772

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2010.05.01
Vantage Point: From the summit of Mount Baldwin

Caption: Mount Jukes is at left with Haggis Peak centre and Bagpipe Peak to the right.

PhotoDescr: Ramsay Dyer and myself didn't start hiking until after 2pm in order for the days cloud cover to diminish. We achieved the summit of Mount Baldwin from the Stawamus-Indian River FSR without much fuss and hung around as the views got better later in the day.

Baldwin is not much of a peak at 1495m, but it does offer up some good aspects of it's higher neighbours and with the reopening of the Stawmaus-Indian River FSR it makes for an easy half day trip.
