Southeastern View from Meslilloet showing Bonnycastle and the Coquitlam-Pitt Divide # 12765

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2009.07.04
Vantage Point: From upper east ridge of Meslilloet

Caption: The eastern ridge of Meslilloet on the left with Bonnycastle mid centre to right area. Five Fingers Spires are prominent in the background.

PhotoDescr: Ramsay Dyer, Chris Hood, Chris Morely, Vlad and myself spent a long day summitting Meslilloet from the north starting on the S-100 FSR off of the Mamquam River FSR.

Steep and bushy to start, it was then just bushy until we got to the Triple Point Lake area. Gaining a south trending ridge from there we followed it all the way along to the upper Meslilloet Glacier which we crossed to gain the top end of the east ridge and then on to the summit.
