Vantage Point: Cotton Grass Pass Trail near Baker Lake Campground

Caption: The Baker Creek Valley runs down to the Bow.

PhotoDescr: The morning sun was just reaching the valley bottom meadows below Baker Lake as we set off for Cotton Grass Pass on the first leg of our loop around the Skoki area.

Baker Creek has just left its source in Baker Lake when it enters these meadows. The peaks on the left have no name, but are part of the Sawback Range. The peak on the right may be Protection Mountain. Part of Tilted Mountain is on the left edge of the photo.
