Caption: The peculiar clawlike structure of the outflow from Baker Lake

PhotoDescr: The headwaters of Baker Creek flow out of the east end of Baker Lake past a series of little ridges. The longest, leftmost ridge is the location of the trail to the southside of the lake. The outflow is crossed on a set of stepping stones barely visible to the right of the end of the ridge.

Baker Lake Campground is above the left claw, with the bear poles (there are two) visible in the photo.
