Premier Range Panorama # 11731

Below is a description of the photograph you were looking for, and the circumstances surrounding the photo.
Date: 2008.08.16
Vantage Point: Helicopter landing on col in SW ridge of Whitehorn

Caption: The Premier Range with the highest peak, Mount Sir Wilfrid Laurier, at right of center

PhotoDescr: From our camp at the south side of the Whitehorn we had great panoramic views of the Premier Range. Unfortunately nobody was able to identify most peaks. From the 250 000 map I guess the white horn at far right must be Sir John Abbott. Immediately left of Sir Wilfrid Laurier must be Sir John Thompson, then Mount Stanley Baldwin the dark peak more in the foreground. I can't tetermine which of the peaks at far left would be Mount Arthur Meighen.
