Caption: The West Face of Porterhouse at sunset

PhotoDescr: What I love about this picture is the fact that the west face of Porterhouse is clearly quite glaciated, whereas on 92 J/4, it appears barren. A good reminder that topos are not only out of date sometimes, but are sometimes inaccurate representations of physical features. The south face of Ashlu looks to be a nice climb, but not if the rock is anything like the east ridge crapshow.
