This pass is the key saddle of Mount Albert. It is just north of Hamilton Island on Princess Louisa Inlet. It is the key saddle of Mount Albert, separating it from the long curved ridge that eventually connects to Mount Casement, George Edwards, and finally Mount Tinniswood. The north side of the pass drains into the long east fork of Hunaechin Creek. (Unofficially called Albert Creek).
