Longs Peak
This peak is #15 on the Height List for Colorado . This peak is #22 in Prominence List for Colorado .Longs Peak is the highest mountain in Rocky Mountain National Park and the farthest north 14,000 foot peak in the Rocky Mountain chain of peaks. There are literally hundreds of climbing routes on the peak ranging from the tourist scrambling route, the Keyhole, to the 1,000 feet vertical granite of the east face called the Diamond.

1. null Hike, exposed scrambling. The standard route spirals around the peak, starting as a trail to the east via the Keyhole on the westside and ending as a steep scramble from the south. It is very exposed in places and dangerous in unfavorable conditions. A sign at the start tells you how many people have died on the Mt.
