Located in Waterton Park, north of Blakiston Creek near the head of the Oldman River. Located SE of Mount Dungarvan. Can be seen from Highways 6 and Red Rock Canyon Road. It looks more difficult than it is. The southwest face requires difficult scrambling for a short distance.
Name Notes: Named in 1943 after Lieutenant William Galwey of the Royal Engineers. He was the Assistant Astronomer with the International Boundary Survey. The Boundary Survey used astronomers extensively in order to determine the location of the border.
