Leading Peak
Leading Peak is the highest point on Anvil Island, which is in the middle of Howe Sound. A trail leads to the summit from the south end of the island. It's a fairly rugged and bluffy mountain despite its low elevation.

Name Notes: Name was assigned by Capt. Richards and officers aboard HMS Plumper, while surveying these waters for the British Admiralty in 1860. Captain Vancouver had already named Anvil Island; Richards named its summit.
