It's located on the southeast side of Sloughgrass Pass. Access is from the Stewart-Cassiar Highway via a mining road that runs along the Klappan and Little Klappan rivers to a launch site where Didene Creek flows into the Spatsizi River. Cross the Spatsizi River and Kluayetz Creek and then head north past Buckinghorse Lake to the confluence between Buckinghorse and Klahowya creeks.
