This peak is #31 on the Height List for Newfoundland and Labrador . This peak is #3 in Prominence List for Newfoundland and Labrador .Four Peak is the highest mountain in the Four Peaks range in the northern Torngat Mountains. It's located on the divide between Ryans Bay and Miriam Lake. Four Peak is a rugged, sprawling massif with several summits and many ridges. Access is by boat up the short Helga River and then to the head of Miriam Lake. From a point about 0.5 km from the head of the lake, hike west up to a col and the base of the south ridge. Scramble up the south ridge to reach the summit.
