1. Via the South Ridge Moderate hiking or skiing. From Highway 99, use the Brandwine FSR and Brandywine trail to get to the beginning of the ridge, then bushwack onto the ridge and stroll to the summit.
AvgTime: 6 hours return
2. North Glacier from Callaghan Valley Road Follow Callaghan West FSR to it's end . From here there are several route options, but the easiest seems to be to traverse NW and cross both creeks beyond the end of the road before heading uphill. The climb is steep at first, but soon reaches nice old growth forest along a gentle ridge. Sub alpine starts at 1400m just below the terminal moraine of the glacier. Head south and climb the moraine to gain the glacier, then up to small col just east of Metal Dome. From here, it is any easy ascent to the summit
AvgTime: 1 day
3. Typical Ski Route from Callaghan Valley Road Park on the shoulder at the junction with the "Dogsled" road, about 5.6 km up the Callaghan Valley Road. Then ski thru the maze of roads, ending up on an "upper road" which dead ends. From there, up through the forest to reach the toe of the glacier. Then up the glacier to the east of the final peak, and then up the last few hundred feet to the summit.
AvgTime: 8 hours
