Ample Mountain - West Side
This prominent ridge is the last summit eastward of the Cayoosh Range, and is an easy scramble from nearby logging roads which spur off the Copper Creek/Seton Ridge road. The highest of three noticeable summits as viewed from nearer Lillooet is 1817m (5961'); two others are 1765m (5790') and 1699m (5574'). To their immediate south and southeast are the cliffs of the Golden Cache area of Cayoosh Canyon.

Name Notes: Renamed as "Ample Mountain in 2014, on the basis of historical research by Mike Cleven who says that name was used on some older photos. Ample corresponds to a mining claim called Ample in the area of the Golden Cache Mine on Cayoosh Creek. This is exactly where that big rockfall back in the 90s happened, Previously, Mike Cleven had named this peak "Cayoosh Point", which has now been superceded.
