Fire Mountain Massif from North
An isolated massif in the triangle of valleys formed by Glacier Lake, the Lillooet River, and Fire Creek/Lake. The east summit is the highpoint. On government maps, the summit is mislabeled onto the lower west summit. There was a brief Fire Mountain gold rush in the late 1800's which lasted all of two years or so and resulted in about 30 feet of mineshaft being dug and not a few bankruptcies of foolish investors.
