Maligne Mountain and North Glacier from Maligne Lake
Located NNE of the S end of Maligne Lake the mountain is draped with several glaciers. Some sources have this peak as 3150m, but the newest series of map sheet shows the peak reaching the 3200m contour line, so that height is used rather than estimating to 3250m.

Name Notes: Named in 1911 by Mary Schaffer because she thought at least one peak should bear the name of Maligne Lake.
