Young's Peak: Northwest Ice Face
Located 1.5 km east of Asulkan Pass. Named for Mrs Julia M Young, Glacier House manager from 1899 to 1920. This glaciated peak is also the highest peak in the Asulkan range. The north and south west ridges are class 4 but climbing interest centres on the north west face, an ice climb with a 40 degree section in the middle.
