First Ascent:  There is a bench mark on the summit, so the summit has obviously been visited, but it is unknown when it was placed or by whom.
Segula Peak is a stratovolcano that makes up the most of the surface area of Segula Island, which is part of the Aleutian Island chain. Access is by boat from Kiska Harbor on Kiska Island to the west. Youa can pretty well pull ashore on any side of Segula Island and hike to the summit from any direction.
