Toad Peak is located southwest of the headwaters of Glacier Creek, north of Quibble Peak, and frames the east side of the Horseshoe Glacier. It is an attractive mountain with a glacier that sits below the northeast face which joins with the glacial flow draining from the icefield above.
Position Check: There are two little spot heights, and only the northern one has the height printed on BC Basemap. However the southern one is higher, which has the location of 50:19:20-116:41:12.
Although at first glance of the 1:50K, the printed name of the peak is slightly closer to the northern peak.
