This peak is #38 on the Height List for Yukon Territory .Avalanche Peak is a heavily glaciated pyramid located on the south side of the Brabazon Glacier on the north end of Kluane National Park. Note that the NTS 1:50,000 map incorrectly shows a height of 4028 m. This height does not conform with the highest contour line. As its name implies, you should climb its ridges rather than faces.
