This peak is #24 on the Height List for Yukon Territory .Three main ridge systems define the shape of Mount Slaggard, a heavily glaciated mountain. To the east, a ridge splits into a T-juction -- the north branch leads to Mount MacAulay's main summit and southeast to MacAuley's south summit. To the west, a long, narrow ridge features two distinct peaks known unofficially as Slaggard W1 and Slaggard W2. Another ridge branches southward off the west ridge to a ridge that features two prominent peaks, Slaggard S1 and Slaggard S2.
