| This peak is #9 in Prominence List for British Columbia .Located 6 km northeast of trails in Monashee Provincial Park, and 13 km west of the Arrow Lakes. This is the highest peak in the southern half of the Monashee Mountains. Despite its proximity to Monashee Park, the peak is fairly remote. The approach from the west (Monashee Park) requires steep descent and detailed navigation in crossing Ledge Creek. The peak itself is a high rocky summit when seen from Monashee Park, with no glaciers visible. However it is the source of the large Frigg Glacier.
The east ridge via the Frigg Glacier is the standard route.|
