| This peak is #8 on the Height List for Yukon Territory .This peak is located along the north side of normal King Trench route to Mount Logan's main summit. It's an easy ascent via its west ridge. It is actually northwest of the main summit. |
Name Notes: Named according to the royal theme of the area (King, Queen) after the Tudor family of english kings between the period of 1485 and 1603. The three main tudors were Henry VII, Henry VIII and Elisabeth I.
1. Standard Route (1960) W. Hackett. steep snow. Via the standard King Trench route on Mount Logan, gain the Prospector's col, head north to the AINA-Tudor col and follow the west ridge of Tudor to the summit. The North Peak (5556 m) of Mount Logan was first climbed by W. Hackett in 1960. It can easily be climbed from the plateau.
