This peak is about 1 km north of the official Lewis Cass. It is inland from Wrangell, Alaska, the mouth of the Stikine River.

Lewis Cass is a multi-peak complex with three peaks marked on the basemap. The center peak is the highest. This easternmost peak is known as Boundary Peak 47.

Name Notes: Exeter was the birthplace of Lewis Cass.
