|Located east of Banff, just south of Redearth Creek. It is 3 km N of Mount Brett.|
This peak is a long north-south ridge, with steep sides on both sides. Peak could be easily climbed from either end.
Name Notes: It was named in 1884 by George M. Dawson. It was named "Pilot" because it is visible from long distances down the Bow Valley, and was used as a reference by travellers to know their exact position.
