Fisher Range
Parent Area: Front Ranges

Area: 310 sq km.Location: The Fisher is quite large and is bounded on the E by Lusk and Jumpingpound Creeks and the W by Evan-Thomas Creek and Kananakis River. The S border is the Little Elbow River. The highest mountain in the range is Fisher Peak and for the most part peaks do not have high prominences, and very few are named. It is also a very dry range, typical of the Front Ranges in this region. History: Named by John Palliser.
